Taliesin Poster

I designed this 3' x 3' poster for Patrick Engineering, Inc as part of a project which maps historical vegetation on the Taliesin land near Spring Green, WI. The poster shows off the ability to orthorectify historical air photography which can then be compared with modern orthophotography to see changes in vegetation over decades. I created a centerpiece of an orthorectified 1955 photograph clipped out and overlaid with faded modern orthophotography of the same area. I extracted images from ArcView and MrSID files. The typeface is P22 Eaglefeather, created in the style of Frank Lloyd Wright's own lettering.
